DS|Manage360 v2.24 / v.2.25 / Hotfix Update

DynaSCAPE will be updating your Manage360 site to version 2.25 on, Thursday June 13, 2013 at 6:00 AM EDT.

Please note that your Manage360 site will be unavailable for about 30 minutes starting at that time.

As you can see this is a very big update where we've added lots of enhancements and fixed several issues that users were experiencing.

What's New (Enhancements & Fixes)

  • We have improved the change order proposal layout.
  • Timesheet Job Log Multi Job Report - now filters by status
  • Using a new crew type on particular jobs or replacing them in kits is now fully functional and profit can be adjusted accordingly to accommodate prevailing wage situations.
  • Adding items to Change Orders no longer loses search criteria.
  • Timesheets - labor totals line up correctly.
  • Invoice Report - improved look and feel.
  • Ordering of Work Areas - now consistent in Estimate, Job, and Timesheet.
  • Account - Save confirmation when leaving the screen has been fixed. 
  • There were some glitches with material imports which caused extra internal work that has now been fixed.
  • Supplier column added to the Costbook. 
  • Users now have the ability to move items into General Conditions or Costbook list on the Estimate.
  • Jobs -  can now be deleted.
  • General Conditions - allocation to Work Area by hours.
  • Views -  ability to filter by "Not equal to".
  • Change Order labor now rounds consistently with the Estimate screen. 
  • Material / Plant List filters have been improved and design/layout made current.
  • Import from DS|Design for material take offs now improved with more intuitive defaults.
  • We have renamed the link to the estimate from the Job screen.
  • Change Orders - items with profit overridden now has cost and price come through correctly.
  • Job work order no longer intermittently gets an error for a missing parameter. 
  • Fixed the Choose File bug when importing using Chrome.
  • Fixed Change Orders - shows correct amount in shopping cart when adding item.
  • Fixed Change Orders - removing plants with attached labor from a contract adds the cost and price for the labor.
  • Rendering issues on Change Order Report have been fixed.
  • Labor tax on estimate screen now reflects the default.
  • Work order Multi Job Report no longer registers an error.
