How do I check for updates? (text only)

To Update DS|Design please follow the steps below for your Operating System:

In Windows 10

  1. Click Windows Logo in bottom left corner
  2. All Apps
  3. Scroll down and click on DynaSCAPE
    • To Update DS|Design: Click on Check for DynaSCAPE Design Updates and follow the prompts
    • To Update DS|Color: Click on Check for Updates and follow the prompts

In Windows 8.1

  1. Click Windows logo in bottom left corner
  2. Scroll down and click on arrow in bottom left
  3. Scroll over to DynaSCAPE
    • To Update DS|Design: Click on Check for DynaSCAPE Design Updates and follow the prompts
    • To Update DS|Color: Click on Check for Updates and follow the prompts

In Windows 7

  1. Click Start menu
  2. Click All Programs
  3. Scroll down and click on DynaSCAPE
    • To Update DS|Design: Click on Check for DynaSCAPE Design Updates and follow the prompts
    • To Update DS|Color: Click on Check for Updates and follow the prompts

 

If the options to Check for DynaSCAPE Design Update and Check for Updates are not listed in the DynaSCAPE directory, you may need to uninstall and re-install the Software that is missing its updater.  For instructions to install DS|Design, see the following Knowledge Base article: http://www.dynascape.com/knowledge-base/re-install-dsdesign/
