We are pleased to introduce you to Adam and Josie, our DynaSCAPE Support Analysts. Josie has been a DynaSCAPE Support Analyst since June 2007, and Adam is the newest member of our Client Services team, on board since July 2008.
In order to provide the most exceptional support service possible, both Adam and Josie are full time DynaSCAPE employees fully trained on our suite of DynaSCAPE products. When required, they work closely with other departments in order to resolve support issues and answer inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. In addition to handling support requests they are also involved in Quality Assurance Testing, to ensure our software meets the highest quality standards.
To be eligible for support, you must have a current subscription. You can view the status of your subscription through your My Account page. Our Support Analysts respond to all support requests, as soon as possible, in the order they are received. Whether the request is made by phone or email, each are given the same priority. Even during our busiest times, all support requests are responded to within 24 hours although response times are usually much sooner. If you have a suggestion for making our software better, please share your ideas with Adam and Josie. Product improvements are often incorporated into our products through recommendations from our Support Analysts based on their experiences and your feedback.
