1. How much does my DynaSCAPE subscription cost?
A DynaSCAPE Design (Design, Quote, Color) subscription is $550 annually. Additional license subscriptions are $150 each. A subscription only renews the products you have purchased.

2. Can I view the details of my subscription online?
Yes. Login to the My Account section on our website to view details such as your renewal/anniversary date, your payment frequency and your credit card details.
3. My subscription has lapsed. How do I re-subscribe?
If your subscription has lapsed or gone past due, please call us at 1.800.710.1900 press 2 for Sales to get back on track and continue to take advantage of the DynaSCAPE Subscription.
4. How are my subscriptions renewed?
Subscriptions are renewed automatically on the anniversary date of your purchase, according to the payment terms (i.e., monthly, quarterly or annually) that you chose with the purchase of your DynaSCAPE Subscription. You are notified of the upcoming subscription renewal by email 30 days before expiration. If you wish to changed your credit card details, you may do so in the My Account section.
5. How do I opt-out of my subscription?
If you find that you need to cancel your DynaSCAPE Subscription at any time, notify us and we will process the cancellation for you. Just call DynaSCAPE Sales at 1.800.710.1900 (press 2 for Sales) to opt-out.
