This course is critical for anyone who starts their landscape models with 2D AutoCAD drawings by eliminating frustration and improving speed. You will learn how to set up your 2D drawing for the best results when they are brought into SketchUp. You will also gain a better understanding of what to do with imported CAD geometry using both the cleanup plugin and manual editing. This course will get you modeling faster. Participants will be able to download pre-made CAD files and follow along.

Prerequisite

Participants must know the basics of AutoCAD and the basics of Google SketchUp in order to qualify for this course. (Note: The DS|Sketch3D CAD Cleanup plugin is required for this course. You need to purchase a subscription to DS|Sketch3D in order to download this plugin or you can purchase the CAD Cleanup plugin separately ($129.00) Contact DynaSCAPE at 1.800.710.1900)
