Course: DS|Design v5 Intermediate Course

Duration: 3.5hrs

This 3.5 hour course is for users who have a good understanding of the basic concepts of DS|Design and wish to get to the next level of proficiency. Topics include drawing and global settings, drawing and editing tips and tricks, trim tools, line weights and layers, raster image tip and tricks, dimensioning and tracing lot plans. A guide is provided with this course.

*This course is not recommended for brand new users due to the speed at which the topics are covered.

• Mastering the Polyline tools – tips & tricks
• The little-known Built-in tools
• Understanding Line Weights – improving your drawing’s readability
• The Building Outline Tool Tips & Tricks
• Making use of the Trim tools – 4 of the most common
• Offsetting Figures for hedges, walls etc.
• Understanding and editing Global Settings for labels
• Revising Entity Attributes and editing object properties
• Looking at Layers in depth
• Tracing a lot plan made easy
• Mastering raster images
• Creating Dimension drawings

An Intermediate Drawing & Editing Guide is provided to all attendees.
