Works on one computer or browser but not another

Issue: Manage360 website works fine on one computer or browser but does not on another

Resolution: Clear the browser cache

On Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome you can pres Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring you to the ‘Clear Browsing Data’ page. On Internet Explorer 11 select ‘Temporary Internet files and website files’ and ‘Cookies and website data’. Once both of those options have been selected press the delete button at the bottom of the screen. On Google Chrome, under ‘Time range’ select ‘All Time’ as well as selecting ‘Cached images and files’, then click ‘Clear data’. The process of clearing the cache may take up to a few minutes before the procedure is complete.

Once the cache is cleared, log back into Manage360 and try to preform the task again.

Explanation:

As many websites do, to improve performance, the cache stores information so Manage360 does not need to repeatedly go out and retrieve the same information from the server. Sometimes after an update some files do not get automatically updated by your browser and clearing the cache retrieves the new information.
