Description: A DynaSCAPE Search Error dialog box opens with “Your subscription to this feature could not be verified. You may not have a valid subscription, or your subscription may have expired.”
Solution: Review the following scenarios as to why you may get the search error when connecting to the DynaSCAPE plant database:
1. Version Issue: You may experience the error if you have an older version, so first ensure you have the latest version of DS|Design installed by checking for updates:

Once there, expand “How do I check for DS|Design and DS|Color Updates?” and follow the steps for your operating system.
2. Incorrect Date, Time, Time Zone: You may experience this error if the computers clock is incorrect. Please make sure that the Computer is showing the correct Date, Time and Time Zone. DynaSCAPE requires your time to be synced within 5 minutes of our server.You can verify the Time and Date using this web site: www.timeanddate.com;
Windows 10 ensure Set Time Zone Automatically is ON & Adjust for daylight saving time automatically On.
3. Firewall and Security Software Blocking the connection to our server: You may experience this error if your firewall or security software is blocking the connection. To troubleshoot this, disable the Firewall and Security software on the computer then try the search again. If this resolves the issue you will need to or have an IT person allow DS|Design a connection to the internet.
