Wednesday, February 3rd at 10:30 PM ET: your Manage360 site will be automatically updated to the latest version. We expect this may take up to 30 minutes, during which time your site may be unavailable.

Enhancements:

• Costbook – Clone Materials: Materials can now be cloned in the Costbook. This functionality will be available from the Actions button of the Material. Once cloned, a new Material name will need to be entered and the item will need to be saved.
  
• Services – No Charge Extra Visits: A new ‘No Charge’ option is now available when setting the price for extra visits on a service. Any additional visits done over the contracted amount will be no charge. These visits will be counted appropriately in the Job Actuals.
  
• Costbook Imports:
  • Make SKUs case sensitive: When importing Plants and Materials into the Costbook, the SKU values in the spreadsheet will be case sensitive when matching items within Manage360. 
  • Plant Import: Plant imports will now update inactive plants to active if there are matches during the import.
    
• Non-Contract Jobs – Close job: Non-contract jobs will now be closed on the approval of a timesheet that contains the work order from that Job (as long as there are no other open Work Orders in that Job).
  
• Reports:
  • Adding the Sales Person to the Expiring Maintenance Jobs: The Sales Person is now visible on the Expiring Maintenance Jobs report .
  • Adding additional columns to the Opportunity List: Designer and Estimator have been added as both a Grouping option and Filters on the Opportunity List report. Opportunity Type, Sales Phase, Requested Start Date/End Date have also been added as options for output.
  • Maintenance Visit Report – Visit Notes option: It is now possible to select the Visit Notes (Notes from the Crew) as an output option on this report.
    
• Uploading Multiple Files into Jobs and Timesheets: Multiple file uploads can now be done on Jobs and Timesheets.
  
• Performance:
  • Updated and improved several areas in the application to modernize and improve our data repositories.

Fixes:

• Can not view .MOV files: .MOV files can now be played from the file preview.
  
• Error in the Construction Estimates shopping cart: Resolved an error in the Estimate – Add Items page.
  
• Issue with showing services when periodic billing is used on invoices: A warning message has been added when creating invoices if closed visits are on an unapproved timesheet.
  
• New Journal entries being created on every save: Resolved an issue where a new Journal entry was being created on each save of an Account.
  
• Credit Memo comment issues: Fixed an issue that was causing the accounting connector sync to fail with large comments with credit memos with QuickBooks Desktop.
  
• Rearranging kits on maintenance estimates errors on save: Corrected an issue when re-ordering kits within services that did not have any items would prevent the save on an estimate.
  
• Unchecking Maintenance on divisions that have service categories: Adjusted the Division page to prevent unchecking of the ‘Maintenance’ type if the division has existing service categories.
  
• Cannot scroll after closing timesheet Files dialog: Timesheets can now scroll after the Files dialog closes.
  
• DMX import failing due to missing sizes: Importing DMX files will no longer fail if a size used in the DMX file isn’t in Manage360. The import will now add the new size so it can import the plants.
  
• Maintenance Job – Work Order files: Resolved an error that was occurring when trying to see all the work order files within a maintenance job.
  
• Creating invoices on non-contract jobs: Resolved a error occurring when attempting to create invoices on non-contract jobs with multiple work orders.
  
• Unit Type short codes that are created on import: New unit types and account rating codes will no longer have a 1 when added from an import.
  
• Password change option not working: The ‘Must Change Password’ option in the Employee – User Roles area now works as expected.
  
• Kit Packs:
  • Quantity Fix: The quantities of the items will be visible when adding Kit Packs.
  • Unit Pricing: Fixed unit pricing when adding Kit Packs in Construction estimates and Change Orders.
  • Lead Item: Prevented the ‘No lead item’ option from being selected in the Costbook if the Kit has lead items.
    
• Mobile App Improvements:
  • Improvements have been made to the way the mobile app handles communication with Manage360
  • Behind the scenes enhancements and optimizations to improve performance and reliability:
    • Updated the library used for taking photos.
  • Corrected an issue where an error message could be dismissed before being prompted in the mobile app.
  • Fixed a graphic issue where the file icon was being incorrectly shown on the timesheet list in the app when the timesheet did not contain files.
  • Fixed file upload error on mobile which prevented basic (non-subscription) users from uploading files.
