Enhancement
- Improve Invoice Searching with QBD – When retrieving invoices from QuickBooks, the search process now breaks the request into 1-month intervals. This allows results to be returned progressively and provides better visibility into the retrieval process as data is received.
Fixes
- Invoice Detail Recalculation: Fixed an issue where invoice totals did not always recalculate correctly when zeroing out a line item. Totals will now consistently update as expected.
- Jobsite Not Displaying on Invoice Creation: Resolved an issue where jobsite addresses for non-contract work orders were not appearing when creating invoices. Jobsite information will now display correctly.
- QuickBooks Invoice Verification Mapping: Improved the invoice verification process so that when a sync match is found, the paid status and check number are now brought over during the initial mapping instead of requiring a secondary update.
- Select Additional X Items in Common Actions: Fixed an issue where the “Select All” option did not correctly select items beyond the current page. This now works as expected.
- Maximum Invoice Number Error: Resolved an error that occurred when invoice numbers exceeded 10 digits, which previously caused failures when generating the next invoice number.
- V2 Proposal Description Field Error: Fixed an issue where special characters in description fields could cause errors when running the new proposal.
