Will DynaScape software run on a Mac?

You can run DynaScape products on a Mac, but not in the native Mac environment, please see our Mac investigation results for more information: Running DynaScape on a Mac

How do I check for DS|Design and DS|Color Updates

You can check for available DS|Design and DS|Color updates for Windows 10 and Windows 11 directly from the Start menu method.

How do I contact DynaScape Support?

If you have a valid subscription you can contact DynaScape Support by filling out our Support request form, calling 1.800.710.1900 x1, or emailing support@dynascape.com 

Can I view the details of my subscription online?

Yes. Login to the My Account section on our website to view details such as your renewal/anniversary date, your payment frequency and your credit card details.

My subscription is past due/expired. How do I re-subscribe?

For past due accounts, your company’s primary contact can update the credit card information by visiting My Account. No further action is required. If you need to update the primary contact or your subscription has expired, one of our account reps would be happy to assist. Call 1.800.710.1900 x2 or email us at sales@dynascape.com
