ANSWERS TO MOST COMMON DYNASCAPE QUESTIONS

You can run DynaScape products on a Mac, but not in the native Mac environment, please see our Mac investigation results for more information: Running DynaScape on a Mac

In Windows 10

  1. Click Windows Logo in bottom left corner
  2. All Apps
  3. Scroll down and click on DynaScape
  4. Click on Check for DynaScape Design Updates and follow the prompts (for DS|Color, click on Check for Updates)

In Windows 8.1

  1. Click Windows logo in bottom left corner
  2. Scroll down and click on arrow in bottom left
  3. Scroll over to DynaScape
  4. Click on Check for DynaScape Design Updates and follow the prompts (for DS|Color, click on Check for Updates)

In Windows 7

  1. Click Start menu
  2. Click All Programs
  3. Scroll down and click on DynaScape
  4. Click on Check for DynaScape Design Updates and follow the prompts (for DS|Color, click on Check for Updates)

Yes. Login to the My Account section on our website to view details such as your renewal/anniversary date, your payment frequency and your credit card details.

For past due accounts, your company's primary contact can update the credit card information by visiting My Account. No further action is required. If you need to update the primary contact or your subscription has expired, one of our account reps would be happy to assist. Call 1.800.710.1900 x2 or email us at sales@dynascape.com
