Wednesday, February 28 at 10:30 PM ET: Your Manage360 site will be automatically updated to the latest version. We expect this may take up to 30 minutes, during which your site may be unavailable.


  • New Crew Page: We have rolled out a new user interface for the Crew list and detail pages. There is new icon at the top of these new pages that will open a guide that reviews all of the new functionality. We would love feedback – send it to
    • List Page – displays more information, Search, and filtering added, and re-order or hide columns on the list page.
    • Detail Page – easily add Employees to the crew.
  • New option on the Material List report: There is now a new option called ‘Production Labor’ in the Show section of the Material List report (accessed from the Costbook section of the Reports page). If selected, 3 columns will be added to the output: Labor Type, Units/Hour, and Round To(Hrs).


  • Sort Tasks by Progress: We have addressed an issue that was preventing the Tasks from being able to be sorted by either the Progress or the Priority.
  • Kit Notes Editor: We have fixed an issue where the text editor was not appearing for the Kit Notes when adding Kits to a Change Order.
  • Creating timesheets for multiple crews: We have added clarification to the Timesheet creation process so that it will be more obvious when a crew will not have Timesheets created.
  • Updating Employees: We have fixed an issue that would occur when clicking Cancel on the Employee detail page.
  • Mobile: We have addressed issues on the mobile app to improve adding attachments and saving the Job actuals. We have also improved the messaging when the mobile app could not access the Manage360 site.
