  • Reference Pages: We have rolled out a new user interface for a few more Reference pages in the Settings area. We would love feedback – send it to
    • Work Order Sub Statuses: It has been updated to the new version. The sub-statuses are grouped by Open, Closed, and Cancelled and can be ordered into a specific order. They cannot be dragged between outcomes. 
    • Outcome Reasons: They have been updated and are now grouped by Won, Lost, and Not Qualified outcomes. 
    • Task Priority & Task Progress: They have been updated and the order column has been removed and replaced with the ability to drag these into the desired order. The columns cannot be sorted, as the order is important. 
  • Custom Plant Images: We have added the ability to add custom plant images to the Plants in the Manage360 costbook. There is a new Photos tab when viewing Plants. Plant photos can be uploaded on this tab. The process is the same as uploading files (as on the Account’s Files tab). It is also possible to set a ‘Primary’ plant image. 
  • Retain Filter in Costbook: The Costbook filters will be remembered after viewing an item and then using Save & Close or Cancel to go back to the main list page. 


  • Estimates – Kit Packs: We have fixed an issue that could occur when using the same kit with different lead items in a kit pack, where the selected lead items were not being added correctly. 
  • Schedule – Selecting text: We have addressed an issue where text would be selected when trying to drag a Visit / Work Order onto the calendar from the queue. 
  • Employee ‘Is User’ error: Fixed the validation error preventing an existing user from being deactivated when they had no email associated with them. 
  • Crew deletion message: We have updated the error message when deleting a crew to make it clearer why the Crew cannot be deleted. 
  • Taxes – 3 decimal places: We have updated the tax decimal precision to 3 for the new reference page. 
  • Employees Page:
    • Fixed an issue that was preventing the addition of new non-subscription users when at the subscription user limit. 
    • Prevented the user column from being sortable. 
  • Maintenance Estimate Sort Order: We have addressed an error that could occur when dragging a recurring contract service in a maintenance estimate to the ‘As Needed’ category. 
  • Adding material to estimate: We have addressed an issue when adding materials with attached labor to an estimate from a Division that has no associated Labor Rates. The attached labor will be set to 0. 
  • Mobile App:
    • We have fixed an issue in the mobile app that could prevent data entry into the Job Log in certain circumstances. 
    • Addressed an issue preventing clock-ins from working on items added after the timesheet had been locked. 
  • Costbook Material List: We have made some enhancements to improve the loading time of the shopping cart on Estimates and the Material List in the Costbook.
