- Adding customers from QuickBooks: We have added a new field to the Accounting Settings page called “Add Account from QuickBooks”. If this is enabled (default behavior), any newly added QuickBooks customers will be added to Manage360 on the next sync. If disabled, then this will no longer happen.
- Customer name in address: A new option has been added (‘Include Account Name in Address”) that will prevent the contact name from being added to a new customer’s address when the customer is being added to QuickBooks Online.
- QuickBooks Online inclusive tax: The accounting connector will now retrieve the default tax rate selection (inclusive vs. exclusive) when syncing invoices for customers not using the US version of Quickbooks Online.
- Expanding Kit: When a Kit in a Service has its quantity adjusted, the Kit will retain its expanded status (if not expanded, it will stay that way).
- Update layout system: We have made additional updates to the new list pages so that they continue to be highly responsive and will auto-adjust UI components based on the presence of other elements on the page.
- Hide unnecessary columns: We have made some changes so that any columns that are not relevant will not be available when using filters and grids on the list pages. Additionally, only the relevant Workflow Task Set types will be available.
- Mobile app: We have updated the mobile app with updated libraries. There are no functional changes and only minor interface updates.
- Implement notification system: The notification banner has been added to the new framework. This will not change how release notifications are shown in Manage360.
Fixes
- Redirecting Issues: We have corrected an issue preventing new entities from redirecting after using save and close and the updated pages.
- Changing Frequency for a Service: We have updated the ‘Change Frequency’ option on a Maintenance Job to allow the Max Number of Visits to be editable. Additionally, the extra cost visit will be updateable if the change requires it.
- Accounting connector sync: Fixed an issue that could occur when a tax was not assigned on a synced invoice for a surcharge.
- Clicking enter in General Conditions: When pressing the enter key in an input field while in the edit General Conditions dialog the value will be set before saving and closing the dialogue.
- Contact delete: We have updated the errors returned from contacts, suppliers, and constructions jobs to display more helpful information.
- Navigation bar dropdown: We have updated the dropdowns so that it will close on a click instead of when moving away.
- Employee details page: We have fixed an issue with the validation message on the employee detail screen not updating correctly when creating a new user and adding a role.
- Speed improvements: We have made some optimizations to speed up estimates, accounts, and some costbook list pages
- Subcontractors detail page: We have fixed a display issue that was showing incorrect decimal places when displaying the Profit margin for Subcontractors in the costbook. Overhead values will now show also be displayed correctly.
- Logout option: We have addressed an issue that was causing the Logout option from the new pages to work as expected.
- Timezone not saving: We have corrected an issue that was causing the timezone dropdown to default to the incorrect value when adjusting the company settings.
- Filtering on new list pages: Fixed an issue that was preventing the user from being set properly for new views.
