Enhancements

• Costbook Pages: We have rolled out a new user interface for additional pages in the Costbook area. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.  
  • Plant Size 

• Reports: We have rolled out a new user interface for additional reports. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.
  • Job Cost Detail: Compare quantities and costs (estimated and actual) of all item types on construction jobs.
  • Job Cost Labor: Compare labor costs and quantities on construction jobs.

• Common Actions in Settings: We have added options to the Settings pages that will allow merging of those settings. The option that is merged out will be deleted and any entities that use it will be updated to use the merged option. Additionally, there is an option to delete the selected items. Only items that can be deleted will be, a message indicating the items that could not be deleted will be shown. 

• Jobsite name as ship to: When syncing an Invoice to QuickBooks, the Jobsite name and address will now be set to the invoice’s ship to address.

Fixes

• Maintenance Job Cost Detail report: We have addressed an issue on the Maintenance Job Cost Detail report so that it will now create more accurate groups when grouping at the item level. Additionally, the labels on the report have been updated for clarity. We have also adjusted the behavior of the date range, so it behaves as it did in the original version. 

• Overhead recovery changes: We have fixed an issue that could result in some estimates showing that pricing needed to be refreshed when it was not required. 

• Plant/Material Import process: We have addressed some issues to improve the clarity of the plant and material import processes. 

• New report pages: We have addressed an issue that could cause the new reports to not load, as well fixing an issue with how the parameters were displayed. 

• Settings pages line colors: We have fixed an issue that was causing changing alternating colors on list views. 

• Showing help icon: We have addressed an issue that was preventing the help icon from being displayed on the new report pages. 

• Customer Messages: Corrected the column name for the Customer Messages settings page.
