Wednesday, November 27 at 10:30 PM ET: Your Manage360 site will be automatically updated to the latest version. We expect this may take up to 30 minutes, during which your site may be unavailable.
Enhancements
- Settings Page: We have rolled out a new user interface for the main Settings page. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.
- The main Settings page has been converted to a new interface. The sections are reorganized into an order similar to the Manage360 workflow. Each heading can be expanded or collapsed individually (or by using the Expand/Collapse all buttons) when unnecessary. There is also a search option that will search through the settings titles and descriptions to help find what you are looking for.
- Reports: We have rolled out a new user interface for additional reports. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.
- Opportunity List: The Opportunity List report provides detailed information about the Opportunities within Manage360. There are many useful filters to help find Open and Closed opportunities and the reasons for either winning or losing them.
- Opportunity List report: Time in Pipeline has been added as an optional column for this report. It is calculated as the time since the opportunity was created and its outcome date. If there is no outcome date (the opportunity is still open), today’s date will be used for the calculation.
- Settings List pages: We have updated all the Settings list pages so that the names are now clickable. Clicking the name (or anywhere in the cell) will open the detail dialog for editing. Additionally, the Active, Default, and System columns are now a set width, and the command columns are locked to the last position. We have also removed the grey “X” – false will now be denoted by a blank space where appropriate (if an item is not the Default option, the column will be blank).
- Job Number on Reports: The job name format has been unified. On the Job reports, the name will include the job number and be displayed as ‘Job Name (Job Number)’.
- Active columns: We have updated the name of the Active column on the updated Costbook pages (the word “Status” has been removed. We have also removed “Is” from “Active” column on the Settings list page.
Fixes
- File Import Adjustments:
- Clear Files: when an import is completed, the file will be cleared automatically.
- Account Import: We have fixed issues with the Account import that could cause issues when importing multiple contacts for a single imported account or not importing jobsites.
- File Types: It is only possible to select .csv files when processing an import.
- Error Message: The error message has been updated to include the correct line numbers for troubleshooting.
- Settings with Defaults: We have updated settings so that any Default reference codes need to be active.
- Employee Roles: We have fixed an issue on the Employee page in the Roles tab that could cause the active permissions to be incorrectly displayed.
- Setting List page pagination: We have addressed an issue that could cause the “System” column to be hidden when moving to the second page of a settings list page.
- New Reports UI: We have fixed the alignment on the report parameter page for the new reports.
- Common Actions: We have fixed an issue that could cause the Region on the Jobsite tab not to be updated when the common action function was used to update an account.
- Contacts Menu: We have addressed an issue to fix the order of the items in the main ‘Contacts’ menu when it was used from a new style page.
- Job Cost Detail report: We have fixed an issue that could cause the report to fail when using certain grouping options.
