Enhancements
- Report Enhancements
- Parameters Page: We have made several enhancements to the Report Parameters page to make it easier to use.
- Report: The report output has been enhanced. The layout and fonts have been updated and the Excel export has also been improved. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.
- Toggle Styling: We have updated how the toggles are displayed across the site so that they are easier to understand.
Fixes
- Job Cost Detail/Labor Reports: We have updated the Grouping and Filtering options on Job Cost Detail/Labor Reports.
- Breadcrumb options for Construction Reports: We have updated the breadcrumb options when running the Plant Picture Catalogue to make it easier to return the Estimate after the report is run.
- Making crew Inactive: We have fixed an issue that could occur when making a crew inactive, and there were no employees on that crew.
- Accounting Connector
- Syncing Customer Messages: Customer Messages with a colon will now be removed when syncing with QuickBooks as it is a restricted character. A warning is now shown when creating a customer message with one.
- Messaging improvement: When the accounting package is not set, and the accounting connector is run, an error is shown on the connector.
- Import Issues: We have fixed an issue when using the Import tools. There will no longer be an error when column headers have spaces on the ends (like “Common Name “).
- Renewals Page: We have addressed an issue that could cause an issue on the Renewals page when a won Maintenance Estimate did not have valid Contract dates.
- Opportunity outcome: To prevent the outcome of an Opportunity from being changed when it should not be, we have removed the outcome action buttons from versioned maintenance estimates when an estimate in the opportunity has been won or lost.
- Printing Work Order: We have fixed an issue that was preventing the Work Order from printing as expected.
