Enhancements
- Clone option for Plants and Materials: The ability to clone either Plants or Materials has been added to the Actions button for both items.
- Quick Filtering list pages: We have added a new filtering option to the Costbook list pages. This will allow quick filtering of specific columns within the selected view. To enable the filtering, click the filter icon in the header row. Once enabled, the filter icons will appear in the columns that allow it. Click the filter on the desired column and then select the items to be filtered. Clicking on the filter icon in the header will remove the filtering and go back to the selected view.
- Accounting Connector: We have improved the communication between the connector and QuickBooks Online, preventing the need for reconnection via Manage360.
Fixes

- Sync issues: Verifying invoices will no longer stop the sync process.
- Importing Accounts via the Accounting Connector: Accounts created from QB and imported into Manage360 will now set the ‘Sync Address’ option of the created Manage360 jobsite.
- Common Action Options: Inactive items will no longer show in the dropdowns of Common actions.
- Headers/Footers on Maintenance Proposals: We have addressed an issue that could prevent the headers/footers from being saved on the maintenance estimate proposal.
- Account report: The Account list report will now show the linked billing address.
- Timesheet Equipment notes: Using the right click and paste option on the Equipment Notes field of the Timesheet detail will now save as expected.
- Opportunity List Report: The Prob Revenue column of the opportunity list report will now show the correctly formatted value.
- File upload: The file edit dialog delete option works as expected. We have also addressed an issue that could cause the file upload window to be hidden by the top of the screen.
- Active/Default toggles: We have addressed an issue with the Default toggle to ensure that it cannot be changed, so there are no default items. The default will change automatically when a new item is chosen. Additionally, a default item cannot be set to inactive.
- Plant Save: We have fixed an issue that could cause the Plants not to be saved when editing a single plant size.
- System codes: We have made a change so that the ‘Code’ field is no longer editable for any system codes.
- OPD plant import: If the ‘Download plants from OPD’ is used, the link to the Plants list page will now show the correct URL.
- Workflow Task Sets: We have fixed an issue preventing the workflow task sets from saving the specified assigned user.
