Enhancements
- Task Sorting: You will now be able to sort Tasks by last updated date. Clicking on ‘Updated’ will sort by that date.
- Accounting Connector: We have added the ability to map Invoices by invoice number in the Accounting connector. A new Invoices tab is now available. This does not need to be done in the typical usage of the accounting connector synchronization; however, if issues arise when invoices become unmapped, this tab can be used to help troubleshoot the problem. This tab may take a few minutes to load, depending on the number of invoices in the system.
- Sync Jobsite Addresses: A new option called “Sync Job Address” has been added to the accounting settings page to determine if the address of a job should be pushed to QuickBooks.
- Job Analysis tab: We have made some improvements to the contrast between the text and line bar colors on the Analysis tab of Construction Jobs.
Fixes
- Filtering in Costbook: We have made improvements and addressed some issues with the filtering options in the costbook.
- Jobsite Invoicing: When creating invoices, they are now grouped based on Work Order jobsite.
- Invoicing order: We have fixed an issue that could cause Work Order items on an invoice not to be sorted chronologically.
- Timesheet Items Sort Order: We have addressed an issue that could cause items on a Timesheet to appear in a different order than the one in which they were added.
- Timesheet crew instructions: We have corrected an issue that was preventing the crew instructions from appearing on the mobile app in certain situations.
- Inactive Labor Rates: Users will now see an ‘inactive’ tag appended to inactive labor rates, whether displayed in a dropdown or a list.
- New Labor Rate: We have fixed an issue around prefilling the default labor burdens when a new Labor Rate is created in the Costbook.
- Schedule All from the Contract tab: A warning is now shown when a user attempts to schedule a service beyond the end date of the contract from the Contracts tab of a Maintenance Job.
- Payment Schedule Order: We have addressed an issue that could cause a problem with the order of the Payment Schedule on Construction Estimates and Jobs in some instances.
- Employee Hours Report: We have fixed an issue on the Employee Hours report with the ‘Work Order Status’ filter.
- Plant Upload Issue: When importing Plants, if the plant category differs from the existing plant’s category and is not set to update, a new plant will be added with the assigned category.
- Import Tool: Line breaks are now preserved in the descriptions of Plants and Materials when importing. We have also enhanced the validation message to provide more detailed information.
- Email length for QBD: We have increased the email validation limit in the accounting connector to reflect the updated QuickBooks Desktop limits.
- Work Order Discounts: We have fixed a bug that prevented discounts from being applied correctly to Maintenance work orders.
- Construction Job crew list: We have updated the crew dropdown on Construction Jobs, so only crews from the current Job/Estimate’s Division will be available.
- Updated Task Date: We have addressed an issue that could prevent the updated date on a task from being displayed if it was the same as the created date.
- Default Account Sales Tax: If the Account Type of an account is changed, there will now be a prompt to confirm updating the sales tax if it does not match the default of the newly chosen Account Type.
- Accounting connector messages: We have addressed an issue that could prevent the dialogs in the accounting connector from being visible (they could be hidden behind the accounting connector window).
- Reports with No Logo: We have resolved an issue that allows reports to be run without displaying any company logo.
- Postal/Zip Code labels: We have addressed an issue so that the Postal Code Label in Regional Settings should now propagate to the Jobsites tab in the Account.
- Province/State labels: The value saved in the Province Label from Regional Settings should now propagate to the Country list item dialog correctly.
- Maintenance Job Cost Detail Report: We have fixed an issue that could cause the variance values in the Maintenance Job Cost Detail report to not be correct in some circumstances.
- Work Order substatus: The Work Order substatus ordering is now consistent between the Work Order settings page and the Work Order substatus dropdown lists.
- Job Profitability Report: The “Item Types” multi-select field is now visible on the job profitability report parameters page.
- Outcome Reason defaults: It is now possible to set a default outcome reason for each of the specified outcomes – Won, Lost, and Not Qualified.
- Material List Report Grouping: We have fixed an issue on the Material List report that could cause incorrect grouping in some instances.
- Common Actions – Change Status: We have addressed an issue so that the Change Status option from the Common Actions now works as expected from the Material list (Costbook).
- My Company country information: When updating the company’s address, the country code used to determine taxes is now updated correctly.
