Enhancements
- Additional Columns on Labor Rate page: We have added additional columns as options to include in the Labor Rate list page. The new column options are: Is Fixed Price (Y/N), Profit (Profit Margin), and Overhead (Overhead markup). Additionally, the Fixed Price column will now be called Fixed/Unit Price and will show the price of the item. If the price is a fixed price, a tooltip will appear on hover to help identify it. The new columns can be added from the column menu (accessible from any column).
- Printing Timesheet Report: When the Timesheet reports are printed, the Work Order name will now be displayed for all Work Order types (T&M and Visits).
Fixes
- Inactive Labor Rates: Inactive Labor Rates will be indicated and included where required. They cannot be chosen if they are not already selected.
- Alignment for labels: We have addressed some minor issues with the Province Label on the Company Info page.
- Preferred date on a maintenance job: We have addressed an issue that could cause a fixed price error to display when attempting to change the preferred date on a maintenance job.
- Filtering in Costbook: We have made improvements and addressed some issues with the filtering options in the costbook.
- Accounting Connector: We have fixed the customer update check for customers with jobsites that are not set to match to the account.
- Employee Hours Report: We have adjusted the report to use proper decimal values when calculating the total time for the employee hours.
- Maintenance Job – Visits Tab: We have optimized the performance of the maintenance job so that the actuals and visits tab loads more quickly.
- Job Progress: We have updated the calculation for job progress to ensure it is more consistently reflected across all areas of the construction job.
- Costbook Item defaults: The Purchasing Tax and Sales Taxable fields are now adjusted to match the selected division when changed in the Equipment, Plants, Materials, Subcontractors, and Miscellaneous Items.
- Change Password: The “Change password” option has been removed from the new menu. A “Forgot Password” option is available on the login page.
- Visits Tab: We have addressed an issue that could prevent the Visits tab from loading as expected when navigating from the Visits tab to Tasks and then back again.
- List Pages – ‘Reset’ Button: When using the reset feature of the new list pages, refreshing the page will no longer revert to the previous layout values.
- Improve font visibility: We have updated the font colors for better contrast and visibility on the Change Orders.
- Cost Last Updated: Subcontractor, Equipment, Misc list item pages in the Costbook now have the option to show the Cost Last Updated By and Cost Last Updated columns.
- Hover Over for Employee List page: We have added a hover over for the column names on the Employee List page so that the name can be seen even when the column width is minimal.
- Editing Kit from Material: We have updated the workflow so that when a Kit is opened and edited from a linked Material list, it will go back to the same list when the Kit is closed.
- Equipment Detail: We have corrected an error that could occur when the ‘Is Rented’ option was changed on a piece of Equipment and a Save was attempted.
- Saving Labor Type: We have improved the error message that may occur when attempting to save a Labor Type without a valid Labor Rate option.
- Opportunity List Report: Addressed an issue that could occur where there would be several unnecessary blank pages generated.
