Enhancements
- Billing Summary Report: We have added a new filtering option to both the Billing Summary and Billing Summary Export reports. The Billing Type can be used to distinguish between the types of work that should be displayed on the report. The Work Order will display billing related specifically to Non-contract Work Orders, and the Maintenance or Construction Job filter will apply to those types of jobs.
- Change budget for Construction Estimate: There is now an option on the Construction Estimates that allows the budget to be changed. This will only be available if the Division (of the Estimate) has more than one budget available. When the budget is changed, a prompt will appear to refresh the estimate – this is required to update the overhead and profit margins based on the new budget.
- Service Link status: We have added a new column to the Kit List page. This new column, called Services, will indicate whether the linked Services are currently in sync with the Kit information. This has also been added to the filter option on the page.
- Green thumbs up: All linked services are in sync
- Red thumbs down: At least one of the linked Services is not in sync
- Column empty: The Kit is not linked to any Services
Fixes
- Timesheet Job Log Report: We have made a fix so that all Work Areas from approved Change Orders will be displayed on the Timesheet Job Log Report.
- Construction Job: We have addressed an issue that could cause the tax on a Construction Job to not recalculate in certain situations.
- Adding new employees: Fixed an issue that was causing a problem when a user with either the Office Manager or Manager security roles tried to create new Employees.
- Labor Types: The ability to view Linked Kits has been restored to the Actions dropdown from the Labor Type detail page.
