Enhancements
- Construction Contract Itemized Invoicing – Construction contracts can now generate itemized invoices broken down by individual line items, providing greater detail and clarity when billing customers.
- Maintenance Contract Payment Date Validation – Manage360 now displays a warning when a maintenance contract payment date is entered before the contract start date, helping prevent invalid payment schedules.
- V2 Reports — Select All Improvements – Improved the Select All option in V2 report filters. The dropdown now closes correctly after a selection is made.
- Billing Recalculation Warning – Proposals can no longer be generated when billing information needs to be recalculated. A warning now appears with a link to recalculate the billing before continuing.
- Faster QuickBooks Online Invoice Syncing – Improved the speed of invoice syncing with QuickBooks Online. When a duplicate document number is encountered during a sync, Manage360 will now match it to the existing QuickBooks Online entry instead of causing the sync to fail.
Fixes
- Job Profitability Report — Report by Date – Fixed an issue with the Job Profitability Report where Timesheet Date grouping could be selected while Report by Date was active. Timesheet Date grouping is now disabled when Report by Date is selected, preventing an invalid reporting combination.
- Closed Opportunities Remaining Open – Fixed an issue where opportunities could remain open after being marked as closed.
- Routes Page Without Service Categories – Fixed an issue that caused the Routes page to fail when no Service Categories were configured. The New Route option is now disabled and displays a tooltip until a division with a Service Category is available.
- Job Progress Percentage – Fixed an issue where job progress percentages could be calculated incorrectly when estimates and change orders contained matching work area names.
- Browser Memory Usage – Improved browser memory usage to help improve overall Manage360 performance and stability.
- Mobile — iOS Navigation Crash – Fixed an issue that could cause the Manage360 mobile app to crash on iOS when navigating between screens.
- Mobile — Logout with Pending Transactions – Mobile app users can now log out when timesheet transactions are still waiting to sync.
