Added support for TLS 1.2.

• An upcoming Windows 11 update will disable older communication encryption methods by default and prevent access to features in Design that connect to the Online Plant Database. This update will utilize those new methods and provide uninterrupted access to OPD features like Softscape Labeling, Image Search, and Plant Picture Catalogs.
